One of the first things that drew us to Jovin was his hustle and his ability to see everything as an opportunity. Whether he's at a networking mixer, a live show, or a club, he somehow always finds value and applies it to the business. That type of thinking keeps us and LIFESWELL ahead of the game. He is also Glen's greatest ally. They work together to bring new ideas into realization, but mostly, they work together to level out the hormonal imbalance in the executive team, which is a task in and of itself. And although that is already formidable, Jovin also has the whole juggling a corporate gig and side business while trying to be a family man thing down to a science.
